The EnergyBot client was a Retail Energy Provider. REPs are energy companies that buy wholesale electricity from energy generation companies (power plants), price it and sell it to customers.

Our Subject Matter Experts made us aware of two main flows. Instant and Personalized. Based on the KWH use of the business, you can get instant pricing because it’s simple enough. If you use a lot, or have high fluctuations in energy usage during the day, year, then custom contracts help.
